Village, Longgang District, Shenzhen, P. R. China

Designed as a greenhouse made with a translucient, sunlight friendly top, and an aluminum alloy frame.

The  sunlight friendly design can absorb the heat energy from the sunshine to help warm the membrane

digester that includes a gas storage section on top. The inlet used for feeding the digester and the outlet

is to drain or remove the slurry as liquid fertilizer which can be used for plants or vegetables. It comes with

biogas filters to clean the biogas and a biogas booster pump to produce the pressure for the biogas usage.

The membrane of the digester has an anti-aging characteristic and is acid and alkali resistant.

You can go from 3m3 (790 gal) to 300m3 (79000gal) based on your needs

mum capacity. We recommend using grass as the median feed stock.  Most grass produces aprox 400m3 of gas per ton and will take aprox. 10 or 20 feedings of 200 lbs or 100 lbs respectively for aprox. 40 days after last feeding. So, you feed for 10 - 20 days and get aprox. 10m3 of gas for 40-55 days. Gas from these units are stored only for a short term without compressing and storage which can be much more expensive that regulating production with usage.copyright AET 2016
